A nail-biting clash unfolded at the Estadio Félix Capriles as Bolívar edged past Jorge Wilstermann, 2-0.
Bolívar dominated the second half, finding the back of the net twice in quick succession. Exciting goals in the 78th and 82nd minutes, courtesy of M. Riquelme, sealed the win for Bolívar, leaving Jorge Wilstermann frustrated despite some impressive substitutions.
The game was largely even in the first half. Both teams seemed to adopt cautious strategies in the opening stages, with few clear-cut chances. But the second half belonged to Bolívar, who seemed to find a crucial spark that broke the deadlock.
A few late substitutions from both sides added intrigue to the match's conclusion. Some key players came on in both halves. One of the most notable highlights was the substitution of G. Álvarez for Jorge Wilstermann in the 84th minute.
