What a match! Barcelona edged past Valladolid 2-1 in a dramatic encounter at Camp Nou.
Barcelona, playing at home, came out strong, taking the lead early with a goal in the 21st minute scored by Pedro, assisted by Xavi. Then, in the 42nd minute, an unfortunate own goal by Valladolid's Marc Valiente put Barcelona two goals up. Valladolid, however, showed resilience, pulling one back in the 89th minute through a penalty from Víctor Pérez. This was a truly nail-biting finish!
The game was a tight affair throughout. Both teams had chances, but Barcelona's superior finishing ultimately proved decisive. The substitutions didn't have too much impact, but were important to change the game in the end.
