What a game! Al Shabab and Al-Fateh battled it out to a 1-1 draw at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.
Both teams came out swinging. Al-Fateh took the early lead with a goal in the first half. Al Shabab, however, dug deep and showed incredible resilience. They managed to equalize with a beautiful goal in the second half, scored by Mohammed Salem, with an assist from Saad Abdulameer, making the score 1-1.
The match was full of energy and excitement. Both teams had strong attacking plays; Al Shabab's shots were mostly inside the box. Al-Fateh, despite having more total shots (19 to 14), seemed to have more off-target shots.
The atmosphere was electric. There were some key moments in the game: a couple of yellow cards for each team showed the intensity of the play. Al Shabab managed 55% possession of the ball and had 6 corner kicks, showing their dominance in certain phases.
The game certainly had a good amount of action, but ultimately it was a hard-fought draw. Both teams will be looking to improve in their next matches.
