They had 13 shots on target compared to Sporting KC's 6, showcasing their dominance in attack.
The most exciting moments were undoubtedly the Galaxy's goals. Ibrahimović, in particular, showed his class with two goals. The goal by Corona in the 48th minute also had fans on the edge of their seats. Sporting KC, however, did have a brief moment of glory in the second half as Gutiérrez scored in the 86th minute.
